On November 5th 1993, Ruian Bada Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd was incorporated by He Guosheng and other 6 investors. The original workshop was rented in an agricultural station in Linba county of Linyang Town. The registered capital is 1.03 million Yuan.

On February 7th 1998, Bada re-organized its governance structure. Mr. He Guosheng held the position of Board Chairman and General Manager (Legal representative), and 9 middle-level managers are become the shareholders.

On May 5th 2000, the party branch committee was found in Bada. Mr. Lin Xianbo is elected as the secretary of the branch. On August 15th 2000, the company name changed to Zhejiang Bada Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. And its registered capital is 6.87 million Yuan.

On July 31st 2004, the company changed its name to Bada mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. China. Its registered capital reaches to 50 millions Yuan. On December 2006, Bada move to its new location covering an area of 50 mu and construction area reaching to 49,000 square meters in the Province-level economic development zone.
